Mandy manages grants and contracts for the Refugee School Impact Program (RSIP) and is the main contact for RSIP grantees.
mpierce@schoolsoutwashington.orgMandy has been part of educational and non-profit organizations for over 15 years as a teacher, coach, mentor, manager, and consultant. She is passionate about ensuring that Global Majority youth voices are at the forefront of change in our world. She believes the greatest solutions for dismantling systems of oppression will come from the creative, critical and curious minds of young people. It is this passion for uplifting young people that led her to SOWA.
