We are seeking 6 to 9 reviewers to form a School-Age Basics Curriculum Review Workgroup, which will provide feedback on the revised curriculum of the in-person School-Age Basics 30-hour training. We will also select 2 to 3 members from this workgroup to participate in a separate and optional review process of the self-paced LMS (online version) to test functionality and accessibility. Members of the LMS review must opt in at the time of their initial application.

Timeline: May 2025–June 2025

Stipend: Curriculum content review: $650 per person. LMS pathway test run (opt in): $325 per person.

The Director of Finance and Administration has primary responsibility for the organization’s financial operations, as well as human resources (HR), data systems, information technology (IT), and office administration. A key leadership position at SOWA, the director contributes to overall organizational strategy while leading the daily management of the financial and operations services.

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Classification: Exempt 

Hiring range: Pay band 32, $124,000-$148,000 annual salary range based on relevant experience. Over time, the employee in this role may earn up to $173,000 per year with additional years of service.
