Quality Pathways Associate Director

As SOWA’s Quality Pathways Associate Director, Kelly leads local and statewide efforts to engage more programs in cycles of continuous quality improvement (CQI), with a particular focus on King, Pierce, and Spokane Counties. Working with a team, she develops strategies to mobilize more funders, youth serving systems, and agencies to sponsor youth program engagement in a responsive suite of services most aligned to their needs.

Kelly has been working with children and community for well over a decade, from teaching science to 7th graders in Oakland, California to overseeing a 21st Century Community Learning Center in Ypsilanti, Michigan and now supporting expanding learning programs across Washington. She is guided by a dedication to fostering growth and development of young people’s unique interests and abilities through hands-on and team-based academic and extracurricular opportunities.
