Place-Based Collaboratives

Place-Based Collaboratives must include at least 3 providers working in partnership and be centered in school and housing communities. Partners will co-create the expanded learning program that will be provided collaboratively.

The lead partner organization will be responsible for completing the primary application. Other partners will submit a short supplemental application that provides organizational information.

BIPOC-Led Organizations

BIPOC-led organizations are defined as single organizations in which the majority of leadership, board, staff, and engaged youth are BIPOC.

BIPOC-led Organizations must demonstrate a commitment to racial equity and/or communities of color as reflected in their missions and program strategies.
