School’s Out Washington’s annual Bridge Conference brings together school-age care providers, youth development professionals, leaders, community organizers, funders, and policymakers from across the country.
Attendees hear from thought-provoking presenters and learn new strategies to build strong programs and equitable systems for young people, in and out of school. Reflected in all aspects of the Bridge Conference are the values of Collectivism, Joy, Racial equity, Belonging, and Innovation & Curiosity. Our attendees and presenters represent the diverse communities we work with across Washington state and beyond.
At this premier Conference in the Pacific Northwest, Conference exhibitors can support strong programs for young people while reaching:
- 500+ educators, youth development professionals, and nonprofit leaders from across the state
- An extended network of 10,000+ stakeholders serving young people in our region who receive regular news and updates about the Conference and its exhibitors and sponsors
- Thousands more reached through social media of SOWA and our many partners spanning the expanded learning and education sectors

- Visibility: Showcase products and programs that support young people in a wide array of unique expanded learning environments in the youth development sector across Washington and beyond.
- Connection: Get face-to-face time with youth development professionals, leaders, and decision-makers seeking resources and new solutions to critical issues impacting young people, families, and communities. Returning exhibitors develop strong rapport with conference attendees and other vendors, especially if there is strategic follow-up (i.e. sponsored dinner/happy hour, Bridge workshop session, post-even activity, etc.).

Exhibitor Opportunities
We have a beautiful central space in the Greater Tacoma Convention Center for exhibitors to display their offerings and connect with our attendees for the entire 2-day conference.
Exhibitor Rates:

| Scholarship Star Contribution* | $500 |
*Scholarship Star Contribution is an optional contribution in addition to the exhibition rates. Adding a Scholarship Star Contribution when you register as an Exhibitor will provide one scholarship for a young person or youth development professional to attend Bridge. (Ex: If a Business Exhibitor chooses to contribute, their total fee would be $1,200 + $500 for a total fee of $1,700.)
Exhibitor Benefits
- Assigned placement in exhibition hall
- One (1) 6’x30″ table with black skirt and linen
- Two (2) chairs
- One (1) wastebin
- Access to electrical power (for purchase)
- Access to high-speed internet
- One (1) complimentary conference registration including all meals provided during the conference and opportunity to attend some sessions, as long as a member of your team is staffing your table at all times**
- Placement of org/business logo, website link, and contact information in the exhibitor section of the 2026 Bridge SCHED platform
- Placement of org/business logo and website link on the Bridge website, email newsletters, and social media posts
- Dedicated conference staff person available during set up and tear down times
Additional tables and chairs may be purchased through registration.
**Any additional individuals from your exhibitor team participating in additional conference activities (i.e. workshops, etc.) must register and pay as an attendee.
