Samone provides relationship based, culturally responsive, coaching to youth development and afterschool programs for the purpose of enhancing the quality of services and positive youth outcomes in the state of Washington.
scoleman@schoolsoutwashington.orgSamone has eight years of experience supporting youth and community development both domestically and abroad. She began her career providing job readiness and skills training for individuals with barriers to independence. Since then she has had the opportunity to manage a variety of youth programs from their inception to the evaluation phase.
As someone who benefitted from the support of her community, she understands the importance of working collaboratively to affect change. She is dedicated to eliminating opportunity gaps so all youth are able to pursue their passions.
