Luca supports SOWA's visual and strategic communications initiatives, including management of digital platforms like SOWA's website, social media, and email marketing, and assistance with graphic design, writing, and content strategy development.

Luca has spent most of their career working with intersectional LGBTQ-focused non-profit organizations, and is deeply committed to creating communications that are community-centric, inclusive, accessible, and purposeful.
As someone who grew up attending afterschool and summer programs, Luca is excited to leverage his skills to increase visibility of and engagement with youth development programs across the state of Washington.
