Latima leads strategic communications at SOWA by increasing visibility for the organization and the expanded learning field through content creation and storytelling, digital marketing, and data-informed engagement and process improvement.
LCharbonneau@schoolsoutwashington.orgBefore joining SOWA, she worked at Friends of the Children-Seattle, creating genuine relationships with youth and mentors as marketing manager and then director. She enjoyed telling their stories to showcase their strengths and goals.
Latima’s passion is putting her skills to work in youth development to help break down systems of oppression and ensure young people in underserved communities have the opportunity to reach their goals. She is excited to continue her work at School’s Out Washington.
