Kintasha serves as a point person for Best Start for Kids Initiative grantees and focuses on assisting them in strengthening practices and growing capacity in partnership and collaboration, through support, technical assistance and professional learning and training.

She has worked in youth development and building community professionally for over a decade. Kintasha values the importance of providing support for traditionally underserved communities including connecting resources, promoting new ideas, opportunities and access for youth, families and community members. It is her belief that communities are resilient and deserve equitable access to the resources they need in order to thrive and heal.
