The conference will take place at the Meydenbauer Center. We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for two nights at the W Bellevue Marriott Hotel (check in on Sunday, Oct 26; check out on Tuesday, Oct 28). Rooms will be available for Bridge Conference attendees to purchase at a discounted rate of $215 per room, plus taxes and fees. Rooms must be purchased by Thursday, October 6, 2025 at the latest to access this rate. We expect we may sell out before then, so don’t delay! Book your group rate for the Bridge Conference.

- The Bellevue Airport Shuttle provides easy and reliable transportation between W Bellevue and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The shuttle operates from 4AM to 9PM for departures and from 7AM to 10PM for arrivals, with a flate rate of $30, plus taxes.
