To help you prepare for the conference, we encourage you to review our menu ahead of time. Meals will be served buffet style, with clear labels on the table identifying dishes that are vegan-, vegetarian-, dairy-, and/or gluten-friendly.

We want to make sure everyone feels informed about the food options available, but please be aware that the kitchen where the food is prepared also handles common allergens and ingredients, including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, pork, and seafood.

If you have specific dietary needs or concerns that aren’t covered by the options provided, we suggest planning ahead to ensure you have something that works for you during the event. Your comfort and experience are important to us.
