Refugee School Impact Program Manager

SOWA administers the Refugee School Impact Program (RSIP), which is funded through a contract with Washington State/DSHS/Office of Refugee & Immigrant Assistance. SOWA funds and subcontracts with school districts and community organizations to support refugee students’ academic performance and successful school integration. The Refugee School Impact Program Manager will be the primary contact for funded Refugee School Impact programs. This position will manage the grantee paperwork process, conduct site visits, write monitoring reports, and provide and coordinate grantee supports and technical assistance.

*This is a grant-funded time-limited position that will end September 30, 2027.
