Best Starts for Kids Program Quality Manager

Nat supports grantees in the Best Starts for Kids Expanded Learning Initiative through implementation of the Program Quality Intervention model, ensuring that grantees receive professional learning, training, assessment, and coaching supports.

Nat has a background of over ten years in youth work and childcare, and comes to SOWA with experience managing and facilitating programs at organizations including Horn of Africa Services, Launch, and the Bureau of Fearless Ideas. Nat is deeply passionate about building equitable ecosystems of care for all people, especially youth, and is fueled by the belief that all young people deserve access to supportive adults and incredible programs.
