She brings expertise in leadership, collaboration, and socio-emotional learning through a lens of racial equity. April loves to have one-on-one conversations with people who are stuck and need additional support. She believes those are the moments we navigate obstacles, reimagine what is possible, deepen our learning, and facilitate improvement. In turn, this promotes positive youth outcomes.
