Shirley leads the evolution of key strategic technologies and system architectures to increase organizational efficiencies and data integrity.
slu@schoolsoutwashington.orgPrior to joining School’s Out Washington, Shirley worked in the diversity, equity, and inclusion department at Kenyon College to mentor incoming first-generation college students. After graduating, she spent a year teaching English at a public high school in China, where she created a curriculum covering current events in America, with an emphasis on social justice issues. In addition to building a stronger expanded learning field through data systems, Shirley works to understand and identify inequities in her relationships, hobbies, and everyday life.
