Jarrod manages SOWA’s data collection and analysis, as well as the process of delivering external assessments to programs.
jhamerly@schoolsoutwashington.orgJarrod’s professional background includes a mix of public administration, statistical analysis, and population dynamics. He has spent much of his career engaged in various forms of data evaluation including work in environmental policy, wildlife biology, and youth development. The impact of quality after school programming on his childhood brought him to SOWA where he strives to ensure all young people have the chance to experience positive learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
