RJ provides operational and administrative support to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality training, workshops, and events.
rdumo@schoolsoutwashington.orgGrowing up in the PNW as a second-generation Filipino American, RJ’s work centers on promoting the development of thriving BIPOC communities through empowering youth and challenging systemic barriers. Before working with SOWA, RJ coordinated and built the capacity of different programs with nonprofit organizations such as United Way of King County, Kaiser Permanente, and Supporting Partnerships in Education and Beyond. He is inspired by the collective work of the community and transformative leadership of youth across the region.
