A logic model is a design exercise that links program activities to youth outcomes.
This presentation lays out a series of steps showing how program inputs, activities, and outputs lead to outcomes in a logic model. This tool has been adapted to support Best Starts for Kids Expanded Learning applicants or grantees in designing and/or describing their program and/or partnership. Logic model templates and an example are listed below.
