Williams provides grantee and program supports for the the Refugee School Impact Program.

Williams has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Fordham University in the Bronx and a Masters of Social Work from Colorado Springs. He has worked as a social worker in New York with middle school youth and as a supervisor in Colorado overseeing a program that focused on promoting families’ strengths to foster self-sufficiency. In 2020, Williams worked as a case manager for Catholic Community Services’ Unaccompanied Refugee Minors program. Between 2021 and 2023, he worked as an Outreach Services Manager for Hilltop Artists in Tacoma.
